We operate from Ghana , with the capability to mobilize globally. Our headquarters is located at Accra / Tema , and we have project sites across Countries .

5. What is your project management approach?
We assign a dedicated Project Manager to every project a single point of contact who ensures seamless communication, timely decision making, and accountability. We follow a structured framework covering Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control, and Close Out, providing you with real time project dashboards and regular status reports.
Engineering & Design
6. What engineering standards do you follow?
We strictly adhere to internationally recognized standards including API, ISO, ASME, AISC, AWS, ABS, IIW, and ATSSA. We also comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and client specific specifications.
7. Do you provide engineering drawings and designs?
Yes. We offer comprehensive engineering drawing services including Steel Structural Drawing, Civil Drawing, Mechanical Drawing, MEP Drawing, Electrical Drawing, and Structural Analysis. We use advanced BIM and 3D modeling software for precision and clash detection.
8. Can you modify existing structures?
Yes. We specialize in steel structural modification and retrofitting for existing buildings, bridges, and industrial facilities. We assess the condition of existing structures, perform required modifications, and ensure compliance with current standards.
9. Do you offer structural analysis services?
Yes. Our structural engineers perform detailed structural analysis using advanced software to ensure your structures can withstand all expected loads, including dead loads, live loads, wind loads, seismic loads, and environmental loads.
Fabrication & Welding
10. What fabrication capabilities do you have?
We are a full service fabrication facility capable of producing: Warehouse structures, Storage tanks, Steel bridge structures, Steel building structures, Pressure vessels, Offshore platforms, Yachts and ships, Silos, Office containers, Piping systems, Pre-cast steel molds, Hoppers and chutes, and Plate fabricated components.
11. Are your welders certified?
Absolutely. All our welders are certified per AWS, ASME, and ABS standards. We maintain detailed welder qualification records and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure consistent quality.
12. What welding processes do you use?
We use a range of welding processes including SMAW (Stick), GMAW (MIG), FCAW (Flux-Cored), GTAW (TIG), and SAW (Submerged Arc) , selected based on the material, thickness, and project requirements.
13. Do you perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)?
Yes. We have a dedicated NDT team equipped with advanced testing equipment. Our NDT capabilities include Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Dye Penetrant Testing (PT), and Visual Inspection (VT) .
Construction & Installation
14. Do you handle large scale construction projects?
Yes. We have successfully delivered large scale construction projects including power plants, oil & gas facilities, roads, bridges, and commercial buildings. Our resources, workforce, and project management capabilities enable us to handle projects of any scale.
15. How do you ensure safety on construction sites?
Safety is our top priority. Our HSE program includes: Comprehensive site specific safety plans, Daily safety briefings and toolbox talks, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) for all activities, Full PPE for all workers, Regular safety audits and inspections, Trained emergency response teams, and Zero tolerance for safety violations. We maintain a proactive safety culture where every worker is empowered to stop work if they observe unsafe conditions.
16. Do you provide scaffolding and access solutions?
Yes. We supply and install complete scaffolding systems for all types of construction, maintenance, and inspection projects. Our scaffolding meets international safety standards and is installed by certified scaffolders.
17. What is your quality control process?
We have a comprehensive QA/QC process covering: Material inspection and verification, In process inspections at every stage, NDT and destructive testing, Welder qualification verification, Third party inspections, and Final inspection and documentation. Our QC team is independent of production, ensuring objective quality verification.
Maintenance & Turnarounds
18. Do you provide emergency maintenance services?
Yes. We offer 24/7 emergency maintenance and repair services for power plants, oil & gas facilities, offshore platforms, and industrial facilities. Our emergency response teams can mobilize rapidly with full equipment and PPE to minimize downtime and restore operations.
19. What is a turnaround, and do you manage them?
A turnaround (or shutdown) is a planned period when a plant or facility is taken offline for maintenance, inspection, and repairs. We specialize in turnaround management, including: Detailed planning and scheduling, Resource allocation and management, Critical path analysis, Safety management, and Quality control. We minimize downtime while maximizing maintenance effectiveness.
20. Do you offer predictive maintenance services?
Yes. We use advanced NDT techniques, vibration analysis, and performance monitoring to predict equipment failures before they occur. This helps you avoid unplanned downtime and extends the life of your assets.
Procurement & Supply
21. Can you supply labor and materials for my project?
Yes. We offer comprehensive hiring and supply services, including: Skilled laborers (welders, fitters, riggers, operators), Materials (steel, pipes, concrete, aggregates), Mechanical components (pumps, valves, compressors), Heavy machinery (cranes, excavators, loaders), Transport vehicles, Scaffolding systems, and High-quality PPE.
22. Where do you source materials from?
We source materials from reputable suppliers and manufacturers worldwide. We maintain strong relationships to ensure competitive pricing, on time delivery, and certified traceable materials.
23. Can you supply certified materials?
Absolutely. All materials we supply are fully certified with mill test certificates (MTCs), material test reports (MTRs), and full traceability documentation.

24. What certifications and accreditations do you hold?
We operate in accordance with API, ISO, ASME, AISC, AWS, ABS, IIW, and ATSSA standards. We are also committed to obtaining relevant certifications required by our clients and regulators.
25. How do you ensure environmental compliance?
We have a comprehensive Environmental Policy that includes: Pollution prevention, Waste reduction and recycling, Hazardous materials management, Ecosystem protection, Carbon footprint reduction, and Full compliance with environmental laws and permits.
26. Do you conduct environmental testing?
Yes. We offer Environmental Testing services including soil testing, water quality testing, air quality testing, and noise monitoring to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
